CCA Capital LLC advised Skyline Renewables LLC on the simultaneous acquisition and tax equity financing of a 117 MW portfolio of four operating wind projects from New Jersey Resources. The portfolio consisted of operating wind projects located in Kansas, Pennsylvania, Iowa, and Wyoming.
