Jameson Neseralla, Senior Director, works closely with both sponsors and investors with a focus on financial structuring and modeling within the renewable energy sector. As a valued team member, he provides analytical, forecasting, diligence, tax, and financing support for both wind and solar project finance and M&A transactions. Over the past 7 years, Jameson has been involved in the financing of over 3.5 GW of renewable assets, plus an additional 1 GW of renewable assets in mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining CCA Group, Jameson was an analyst in the Alternative Energy Finance group at Citigroup, where he worked on the structuring and execution of tax equity investments in the renewable energy space.

Jameson earned his Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Finance from Boston College.

Jameson holds Series 7, SIE, and 63 licenses.
