CCA Group Elects New Partner

CCA Group, a premier boutique financial advisory firm that provides M&A advisory, capital markets and structured finance solutions to Global Renewable Energy, Conventional Energy and Infrastructure clients, today announced the election of Cornelius Jackson as partner. “Cornelius is one of the industry’s leading financial analysts with over 20 years experience in developing and executing complex structured finance transactions and gives CCA a balanced perspective on the industry that will continue to help drive the future success of our firm,” said James Stahle, Senior Managing Director. Since the last promotion in 2009 with Megan Lawrence, Mr. Jackson makes the total number of partners at CCA Group six.

With his role as partner, Cornelius Jackson will continue to provide modeling analytics that accommodate the continued changes in our industry to our existing and new clients as well as develop new and innovative structured finance products. Cornelius has a wealth of knowledge across a broad base of structured products that provides clients with a unique perspective on financing transactions. He has been instrumental to the continued growth and success of the CCA Group and will be a valuable addition to our leadership team that will help strengthen foundational relationships that are in place today. Cornelius Jackson, Managing Director and Partner
Mr. Jackson is a financial analyst who joined the CCA Group in 2009. He has been involved in pricing and structuring of asset finance transactions since 1997. Prior to joining CCA Group, he worked for more than eight years at Babcock and Brown pricing and helping to structure numerous renewable energy transactions. Mr. Jackson also held pricing and structuring positions at Sumitomo Bank and The Transportation Group. Mr. Jackson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Economics and Business Management from Cornell University, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst Charterholder.
He holds Series 7, SIE and 63 licenses.
