Brian Baker, Associate, represents tax equity investors and sponsors in connection with the financing, acquisition, and development of renewable energy projects.  At CCA Group, Brian supports clients across all stages of transaction execution including preparing marketing and transaction materials, supporting the diligence process, and monitoring industry trends to provide creative solutions.

Prior to joining CCA Group, Brian worked as an associate in the Structured Finance group at Needham Bank, where he was responsible for managing tax equity investments from origination through closing, as well as structuring complex debt facilities for renewable energy, defense, healthcare and real estate clients.  Prior to Needham Bank, Brian worked in the nonprofit education sector and was a marine scientific researcher.

Brian earned his Master of Business Administration from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Miami.

Brian holds Series 7 and SIE licenses.
