Elaine Lee, Senior Director, has extensive experience in asset-based financing in the energy and transportion industries.  With a focus on transaction details and market knowledge, she applies her structuring experience and execution management to successfully complete transactions that optimize financing objectives of sponsors and investors.  Over the past 16 years, she has managed tax equity and debt transactions in solar, wind, cogeneration and aircraft totaling $5 billion in assets.

Prior to joining CCA Group, Elaine was a Director in Structured Finance at MUFG Bank Ltd., where she focused on tax equity and debt financing of renewable energy and transportation assets.  Prior to MUFG, she held positions at HSBC Bank USA Inc. and Accenture.

Elaine earned her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Bacheler of Science in Chemistry from The Ohio State University.

Elaine holds Series 7, SIE, 63 and 79 licenses.
